Beecher's Handmade Cheese Seatac

BEST IN THE WEST!!!!!This lil Cheese shoppe is located in terminal C of Seattle airport. It has everything including a coffee bar, a dining area and a vending machine. They're most famous for their Mac Cheese and pretty much all things related to their handcrafted specialty cheeses.Quick grab and go options are up front whereas the majority of the refrigerated to go products are after the registers. So if you're there to do some shopping, I suggest entering where it merges with the coffee bar so you're not being rushed by the line of customers behind you. Don't forget to stock up on their lil buttery yummy in the tummy crackers.

Go to beecher's and wait in line to try their cheese. Every step you take as you get closer to ordering your food, life will make more sense. Get the large Mac and cheese because yolo. I got the mac and one of their grilled cheese sandwiches. The mac and cheese was perfection, so full of flavor as you can taste the sharpness of a cheddar and the underlying provolone as it dances on your taste buds. The grilled cheese was nicely toasted and cheesy goodness.

This was such a gem to stumble upon, and I can't believe no one has written a review before. I love for the Mac and that's what I came for, but was pleasantly surprised by a sit down option, lunch menu, and cocktails! The Mac is seriously the best, and everything else looked good too. Just had to share!

Fun to watch cheese made. Even more fun to eat their Mac n Cheese!! It's sooooo good.
