New lounge is open! New espresso and smoothie bar, larger bar area, extended buffet...everything bigger. Feels like at least 3x the size of the previous. Not crowded and feels so much more airy. The food and drink quality is about the same as before. View all feedback.
What Pearlie Walter doesn't like about American Express The Centurion Studio:
The good: It is very spacious. The coffee bar offers good possibilities. It seems to be the “best” option under little to no other options. The Bad: The Amex app says it's almost full when it was hardly 10% full. Why? Food options leave much to be desired. The food tastes medium T best. The layout is strange, with the “open air” Section feeling like a mall cafeteria with cheap looking decor. The Ugly: The app does no... View all feedback.
This Centurion Lounge was great! The hotel is located in the Central Terminal on the Mezzanine level, it is a beautiful tension from the hectic of the airport on the large. The intermediate floor is accessible via a staircase or an elevator. At check-in we were greeted by a very warm and cheerful desk agent. Once checked, we chose a seat in the front common area. The room is bathed in natural light and has some standard and high-top seating options. As usual, there were many outlets to store. We spent about an hour and 15 minutes waiting in this lounge, so I didn't get to experience all the amenities, but I helped me to enjoy some delicious lunch options. The lounge is a long room, so remember the food and more seats are back. A part of the lounge is also open to the terminal below. Ambient noises flow in front of the common area, and when we went, we could hear a piano player singing everything from Elton John to INXS on the first level. Pretty cool! All the food I had during lunch was great! There were items like a corn and Poblano-chowder (not too spicy), dirty rice, cale (OMG- that was some of the best cale I ever had), cornbread and a chocolate chip cookie. You also have a smooth bar with finished smoothies. I have almond milk, oats, bananas and cinnamon smoothes and it was great! Nice and rich - it really meets the place. When we left the lounge, it really seemed to fill, so I am the most time that it remains fairly packed. There are many great Centurion lounges and this is great. I was with those who are somewhat more opulent, but this has checked all boxes and allowed us to feel relaxed for traveling to our next destination.
Solid lounge, I love the small smoothie/coffee bar. It is a beautiful and open design. Probably the best lounge at Seattle airport, but not the best AMEX lounge. If you choose between this or Sky lounge, I would choose this for quality, food and drinks! If you have an Amex platinum card, you will get free admission if you do not, its $50 per person

The Ugly: The app does not provide sufficient information about its location in the Central Terminal. There are no posted signs that will direct you to it. I just saw it by wandering around.
For the first time in the SEA the centurion lounge, although I have been in many of the centurion lounge and this has to far the best amenities. Large spacious bar area, an espresso bar, a warm food buffet and beverage stations. There are many window views and telephone rooms if you need to perform work calls. This lounge is located in the central terminal where all other shops and restaurants are. Take the elevator. Overall, I had a great experience. The only bottom was the breakfast not delicious. Lunch was great.
New Amex Centurion lounge opened February 2023 at SeaTac. What a difference from the previous studio lounge in terminal B. First, the staff here are so much friendlier, and welcoming. At the previous location, I felt like I was intruding on the place, cuz they always wanted to put me in the corner or back wall as a solo traveler. This lounge feels like an open and free space. It features 5 distinct rooms: 1/ A huge airy bar and bistro; 2/ Coffee bar; 3/ Buffet and cafe dining area (with no natural light); 4/ Crash-pad with couches, secluded chairs, and coffee machines; and lastly 4/ A study room with great views of the ramp. Bar staff are super nice and proactively engaging with guests. Can 't wait to visit again.
