What Norm G doesn't like about Billy Mac's Seaside Grill:
Stopped in for lunch on our way south, block from the beach, figured a good choice...Nope! I am not sure how this place has 4.4 stars?? Ordered fish and chips and a micro brew. Fish was overcooked, fries were soggy, my beer was served warm. I ordered an extra tarter, one was super watery, other was normal?? Hmm. Table was sticky, floors are filthy, the one bathroom is a dumpster fire, hot and cold plumbed backwards,... View all feedback.
Billy macs had great food, a decent beer selection and allows our dog on the terrace. the service can be very nice, sometimes they are super attentive and other paints that they are ignored. but we always go back.
First time and last. There was absolutely no customer service by staff. Unfriendly, had to ask for everything from water, utensils, condiments. I had an omelete that appeared it was poured out of can. Count me out!
Visiting from out of town. Stopped in since it was close by. The waitress was fantastic and recommended the carnitas tachos. If you know, you know.... And these did not disappoint! Excellent choice of hot sauces inside along the wall...make sure to check out the selection to spice things up!Gave 5 stars, but only criticism is to allow the kids menu pancakes available all day. ?
Quality bar with a great draft and can beer selection. Good pub food and a decent taco menu. The fish tacos grilled are my favorite. Exceptional tots and a great selection of hot sauces. I come here for the $3 Rainers
Friendly staff, great food, fun local hangout on Ave U at Columbia Drive. Had a grilled shrimp taco ? on a corn tortilla this time, took home 4 pieces of bacon ? ?. Just a short walk to the beach. Two thumbs way up! ? ?
