Maruca's is my favorite pizza spot and I never miss a chance to visit whenever I'm in Seaside Heights. The restaurant is family-owned and has weathered many changes on the boardwalk. It's easy to find, located right under the big JR's sign with the frosted beaker on the corner. The pizza here is truly unique and far superior to most others. I went to this restaurant after seeing their 4.8 star rating, but unfortunately, the pizza slices we ordered were not heated properly and ended up cold. The best pizza I ever had. I'll drive over an hour every day.

There is Boardwalk Pizza... and then there is a Maruca's Pie. From the early days, the unique flavor and taste has separated Maruca's from so many others. It is simply impossible to visit the Boardwalk in Seaside Heights without stopping in for a slice or a while pie. An iconic name, an iconic family and STILL the reigning champion of Pizza on the Boardwalk. Do not ever miss an opportunity to sample what so many locals have known for decades.

I’ve been eating Marucas since I was little and it is the best pizza I have ever had! Going through withdrawals just looking at it!

I just retired so I have chosen another goal, and that is check out all top rated pizza in NJ. Marucas ranks right up there classic tomato pie, nice thin crust and fresh moz. Yum

This stuff has been going in my belly for over 50 years now, and it never gets old! Best pizza anywhere! It was great yesterday as always!
