The food is well priced but the quality of it is amongst the best I’ve had in all my travels all over the world. The specials are terrific. The beer is cold but the hospitality is warm. Rooms are comfortable. Really recommend the place if you’re staying in Cumbria.

Prawn starter was fresh and lovely flavours and the burger was one of the best I have ever had! A fabulous, well priced meal a really pleasant surprise!
