I ordered the five-piece, but honestly, the three-piece would have been more than enough. Who would have thought that fried fish would be on the menu at Arby's? Great job! I'll definitely be returning for more.

However, the Searcy location has closed earlier than its posted hours on two occasions I've experienced. On one instance, they told a DoorDash driver their machines were off and couldn't be restarted to prepare my accepted order (not sure if this is an automatic system issue). As someone who works in food service, I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but today I encountered poor customer service. The cashier asked what I wanted and if that was all in a very flat tone. While the food quality at this Arby's is usually fine, someone should definitely improve the customer service experience at this location.

However, last night... read more I've always enjoyed the food at Arby's. About a year ago, I tried their chicken nuggets for the first time and thought they were excellent. However, last night when I ordered the nuggets again, I was disappointed. They seemed to be made from leftover scraps rather than quality chicken pieces.
