Mermaid Hotel Restaurant

The restaurant on the ground floor is spacious, with good decor and they serve nice cuisines. The menu is not very large and apart from the buffet, the items are made after taking order and may take some time but it is worth. I have stayed here several times for official purposes and whenever I stay here I dine from the hotels restaurant only. Polite and courteous staff extending excellent service. Nice to dine with family or special guests.

This hotel located in Ernakulam Near Vyttila Mobility Hub, Kerala. We visited the restaurant for lunch. The food is good and waiting for food is little bit irritable. The location of the hotel is very good because it situated near a river side.

The food appears simple, but the flavor was excellent. A host of other goodies, including brownies, cookies, and candies, offered something great for the whole team. The restaurant is both clean and tidy. The staff members there greeted my companions and me with smiles as warm as the food they serve there.

Poor room service . Terrible ambiance . Rooms are not clean and neat . Front office staff are very arrogant.

We visited the restaurant recently and had a delicious food , but we waited a lot for the good food. I especially writing this review because this hotel staffs are good in their hospitality starting from the reception I got warm welcome with smiling face. Thanks for the hospitality and please maintain food delivery time ....
