What User doesn't like about Romano's Macaroni Grill Seal Beach:
I made a reservation for Valentine's Day, but when I arrived, we had to wait to be seated. We ended up waiting for an hour without being seated. What's the point of having a reservation if you still have to wait so long? Eventually, we decided to leave and found a nearby restaurant where we were seated right away. View all feedback.
We enjoyed our meal, especially because of Julie, our server, in the bar section!!
The stuffed mushrooms were overdone and too greasy. The shrimp linguini dish I had was seasoned too strongly and very greasy. The Blue Bleu salad with salmon had a mayonnaise dressing that was bland, and the salmon was overgrilled and dry. The service was slow although our waitress Julie was great, but the bar and kitchen were slow. With all the competition in the area, they really need some good advice on their menu and how things are cooked and seasoned. We would never return.

Amazing Server and Service! Great experience. Will definitely return to Macronni Grill in Seal Beach.
Our food was exceptionally oily. The servers did not wait until all members of our party finished their soup and salad. They never asked if we needed more bread for a table of 4. One member of our party got sick from the mushroom ravioli! No more Macaroni Grill for us!
