What Andrew doesn't like about Hook Fish Chips:
Ordered food, pleasant. Staff so unfriendly. Eating lunch, found huge fair hair in meal. Told very thin waitress, who had thin lank bob like hair. We said d there’s a hair in our meal. A hair, she streaked. Took food away, didn’t apologize. Didn’t say another word. Showed it to other staff. Never came back. Didn’t say what she was planning to do, nothing! Not a very nice place. Staff were unbelievably rude to a family sat near us. One of the members of staff who wore gloves moved the dog bowl outside and came back inside and did not change the gloves. A family walked out explaining that they had seen this. The staff did not see the problem in this! Not worth the price either Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
