Seagrove Family Restaurant

We enjoyed our first visit. Breakfast was wonderful, biscuits huge! Our waitress was outstanding, even helping elderly to their car! We'll be back when in the area.

Good food and a nice vibe. Very classic diner feel, with great burgers and breakfast options in my experience (I haven't gotten to try their soups or BBQ yet).

In for breakfast on a Friday at 10 AM.Wanted Biscuits Gravy but they ran out ofbiscuits at 9.Said they don't make too many so they don't have leftovers.ORDERED:2 eggs with corned beef hash, hash brown potatoesand toast. 6.99Coffee 1.75Will go back next time I'm in town. Parking: Large unmarked lot

Not a good experience. The scrambled eggs were okay, grits were cold. Bacon was terribly fatty. Didn’t get a fork til halfway through. Then I went to the restroom. Now, I’m from the south, SC, and I’ve eaten at many “country” restaurants. Country doesn’t mean filthy. If I had seen that bathroom before we ate, we would’t have. Very, very dirty floor and walls with grime extending 2” onto the floor, dust caked on exposed dirty pipes, smears and who knows what, beat up wood and peeling surfaces, nasty paint, a toilet seat that you had to hold in place! Really I don’t see how they have a license to serve food. Really. The choices in Sea Grove are few but, this is the last place I’d eat at again.
