Wanted it to be great but just so, so. Chicken Salad was good. So was the sweet tea. The Cole Slaw is vinegar based. The green peas we cold. The corn bread was comically hard and dry, and we were told the “mashed potatoes” were instant. Service was good. Smaller portions than we expected. We travel this road a great deal and we are still looking for some good home cooking along the route. View all feedback.
Love the food and desserts are amazing. I really enjoyed the Banana Pudding Cake and the Strawberry Cream Cake.

In for breakfast on a Friday at 10 AM. Wanted Biscuits Gravy but they ran out of biscuits at 9. Said they don't make too many so they don't have leftovers. ORDERED: 2 eggs with corned beef hash, hash brown potatoes and toast. 6.99 Coffee 1.75 Will go back next time I'm in town.
The food was great as was the service our waitress was constantly checking on toake sure we got what we needed or to ask if we did need anything . Great place to take the family
If u are looking to dine in a quaint family atmosphere, this is definitely up your alley. The food is delicious with the taste of home cooking. The staff is very friendly (even at 5:30 am). They also offer a good variety of meals. Try the food and diner! U will love both.
