Laurel Pizzeria Express - Seaford

Just called tonight ..the phone rep said I couldn't order delivery because they are about to close. The time 9:13 but I didn't see that on the website that you couldn't get deliveries after that. So get that in check right away cause they just cost you money for your business. Probably just lazy

I placed an order for delivery on Sunday 2/25/24 730pm for 2 spaghetti w/ meat sauce dinners and mozzarella cheese over the top on both. Also ordered baked ziti w/ meat sauce and mozzarella cheese on top, which was received and 3 rice puddings for dessert. Total $64.94. I asked the young lady to read me back the order that was perfect, except when we got the order the 2 spaghetti dinners had no mozzarella cheese on top. She said she can make 2 dinners and send them out. I said I didn't want to go that far. Approximately, 3-4 weeks prior we ordered chicken Parm w/spaghetti with mozzarella cheese(a dinner we never received), spaghetti w/meatballs(we received). My Dad received his dinner. Also ordered 3 rice puddings(we never received). I did call back spoke with the young lady and she said we never ordered it, but moments later she came back and said one ticket didn't get back to the cook. I asked if she can take it off of my ticket she said yes and it never happened. My bank statement never showed the correction. We order at least 1-2 times a month and we've known George(owner)for about 9 years now. Food is great, though lately lacking in how orders are taken and/or prepared. Again, I asked her to read back the order which was correct. Thank you.

Very tight with sauce, asked for extra sauce and it's dry as hell!!

Always have great food from this establishment..you won't be disapointed.
