Our local Chinese takeaway but not our normal goto but thought we would try them after a few years following a sub par experience that had put us off.... and was delighted to find that the owners had improved on their standards and as such we have now started using it as our goto takeaway. Very disappointing experience. The food was not what you'd expect from a typical half decent Chinese takeaway, they somehow managed to make the sauce dishes watery with some flavour (like having orange flavoured water instead of orange juice but the meat was dry and tasteless... Ordered a collection. Food was cold and disgusting. Doesn't taste at all like its meant to. Was slightly concerned there might be an issue when she locked the door behind me on my way out BEFORE closing time Order duck in plum sauce. There was a few TINY pieces of duck and the chop suet was watery a d tasteless. This place is random anyway what chef cooks in his coat as the place is so cold and the lady serving is wrapped up likes its snowing also noticed their washing in the back hanging out to dry. Dont know how this place stays open not been here in a couple of years but gave it a go tonight. Wont be returning it honestly was the worst food

I ordered my takeaway for delivery at 6:30 PM. After two phone calls and waiting until 9:15 PM, it still hadn't arrived, despite being told it would be there in 5 minutes. The service was terrible, and I won't be using them again.
