Seaview Chicken & Fish - SEACLIFF PARK

Been for a walk on the local beach. Sunshine, great weather. It had to be fish and chips for dinner. Thought I would try Seaview Chicken and Fish as it had reviewed well on TA. The butterfish was lovely with a nice light batter. Steak sandwich with the lot was awesome but would have held the pineapple if I had know it was included. Ordered a large chips that was huge!! Would have fed 2 families. Go with the medium unless you are feeding an army. The chips were a bit average considering how many TA reviews had said they were so good. Chips from chicken spot down the road are much better. Perhaps is quantity over quality. Overall a pretty good Sunday night treat 3.5 stars.

A great traditional fish and chip shop, and our loved local. Going by the number of people always in the store around meal times, obviously the local for most of the neighbourhood. Chips are fantastic as is the friendly service. Rest of the food items are all good. Hamburgers are fine, and a good choice, but need that something a little extra to take them to the fantastic level. Food is all well cooked and salad and chicken also available.

Nice chips and chicken, good price, good service. Good traditional style fish and chips shop with a fresh look.

If looking for good old fish and chips and their standard range of menu favorites, nothing wrong with this shop. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. Clean shop and friendly enough staff.

This business had a much-needed facelift a year or so ago and it now looks so inviting. Always busy, friendly service, good food. Footpath dining as well as indoors. Well done!
