This DQ is staffed by soulless bots. No ability to communicate, only preprogrammed responses with no ability to operate outside of those responses. Garbage DQ, gladly never visit again. Also they charge you for extra condiments on a burger, but it's free when it's on the side. They can't toss strips in sauce even if you pay extra or offer to pay for the service. Employees did not do the Dairy Queen blizzard flip and instead placed 3 lids made for drinks on my ice cream. 1 of the 4 I bought had the classic blizzard lid. When asked why drink lids were used in place of the ice cream lids, I was met with rude behaviour unclear speech, and was told that the ice cream had now switched to those lids. Stock of lids was not an issue. Meal type: Other
