The cuisine was truly authentic, and the establishment was characteristic of traditional Graubünden architecture. Near the mountain pasture, a charming flock of chickens contributed to the bucolic character of the place. One of the restaurant's special features is its homemade cold tea, simply exquisite, as well as its Linz pie, a rare delicacy. I have no hesitation in warmly recommending this establishment.
