Actually the restaurant was the reason I stayed there read so many good things on their website and was really looking forward to this experience after a year or lockdowns and home office. Unfortunately it’s been a disappointment. The food was average. Maybe it is a highlight for Scuol, but not for a frequent international Traveller. The choice of vegetarian dishes was extremely poor. Apparently staying 7 nights I was considered a long stay, yet I didn’t feel welcomed. The stuff was arrogant and not very knowledgeable. Ever night I was assigned a different seat at the restaurant ending in a kind of tiny closed up cellar on my last night next to the service table. It was stressful and not pleasant to constantly look at the dirty dishes and running service personnel. Else, the wellness area is far too small for the hotel of this size. The beautiful design furniture was uncomfortable and impractical. However I can recommend the massages and other treatments at the spa of the neighboring hotel, which belongs to the same group. Overall, it was definitely an experience I was expecting especially considering the high price I paid for a weekThe website is definitely overselling the proposition.
