When we asked... read more After paying for my order and waiting 15 minutes for our food, my number had been called. Another customer had taken our order without a receipt. When we asked about the order, we were given negative attitude and we were told they had placed the order onthe counter. We showed them the receipt we had for our order and asked if they can remake the order. Which the staff hadreluctantly agreed to. Around 5 minutes after the incident with the staff, the customer who had taken our order returned. Thecustomer placing and pushing the order back on the counter, looking around as though no one had seen the customer take the wrongorder. The staff quickly tried to tell us that the food was never taken by another customer and had been on the counter theentire wait. In return, we told the staff that the customer placed the order back on the counter after having our order outsideof the Sheetz for around 10 minutes. We did not accept the order that another customer had taken in their possession. We waitedfor our order to be replaced. Another order number was called and the same customer had taken that secondary order without areceipt. Not long after, our order had been replaced. The staff member rudely placing our remade order on the counter. When wethanked the staff, they turned their backs with a negative attitude. Upon arriving home and inspecting our order, we wereincredibly displeased and disappointed. I had ordere ?cup? size portions that were only full 2/3 of the way. My marinara for mymozzarella sticks (that cost an extra .70) was missing. Lastly my boneless wings had barely any sauce in them. This wholesituation could have been avoided if the staff had done their job and checked receipts before handing out food. I will now bedriving to Scranton for all my Sheetz runs until the Carbondale location opens later this month.

Placed my 3rd pickup order. Last 2 were good. The breakfast order, not so good. I was handed a small coffee instead of a medium and when i was given the replace... read more Placed my 3rd pickup order. Last 2 were good. The breakfast order, not so good. I was handed a small coffee instead of a medium and when i was given the replacement medium coffee it was cold. Went to the machine and got myself the hot coffee. Also theydid not include the bacon with my order. Maybe the associate was having a bad day, who knows. I don't want to have to inspect myorder prior to leaving to be sure it's correct.

My biggest complaint is the heard of teenagers who are CONSTANTLY in the parking lot taking up all the spots and harassing anyone over the age of 20, especially if you are a woman such asmyself. Tonight I went here and was barely able to find the last parking spot left, was almost hit twice by kids speeding around the parking lot, then was verbally harassed by the immature little boys I had to park next to. I know this local sheetz usedto call the cops on the kids for loitering but they apparently don?t do that anymore. I will never go there again.
