The o... read more I had another fantastic meal at Bar Pazzo. Even though I knew the chef was on vacation this time, I decided to stop by for a quick bite in between shifts. The octopus was absolutely perfect—huge chunks of fresh octopus paired with just the right amount of potatoes and seasoning. I also tried the Faroe Island salmon, which was served with a delicious “flannel hash,” a blend of roasted beets and sweet potatoes, all drizzled with apple cider gastrique.
