Elbow - Scranton
Elbow
Description
At this Scranton Brazilian steakhouse, a family-owned rodizio serves generous, well-seasoned meats, a fresh salad bar and standout desserts like passionfruit mousse and cinnamon-grilled pineapple. Warm, unhurried service — often with the owner pitching in — creates a relaxed, celebratory vibe ideal for date nights, families and special occasions. Sangria nights, a bar, parking and a loyalty program add appeal. Seafood and paella are large and tasty, though clams can be hit-or-miss; prices are modestly high but many find the experience worth it.

The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Even if the food weren't as fantastic as it is, I'd still return just for the service. The staff truly make you feel like part of the family. The owner is always present, actively working alongside the team, and that speaks volumes about their dedication. Overall, it's a wonderful restaurant.
The portions are generous, so make sure to arrive hungry. The food is excellent, and we only visit for special occasions. It is slightly pricey, but it's definitely worth every penny.
Delicious! Meat comes out regularly, not too rushed. Salad bar is fresh. Vegetables are perfectly cooked Al dente. Mashed potatoes are real!!!!! I would come back here in a heartbeat next time in Scranton, PA
Everything about this restaurant was spot on. My brother took me here for my birthday, and I loved it. The food was EXCELLENT, flavorful and delicious. The meats just kept coming. And the salad bar had a great Fresh assortment of sides to go with it. Nice with a pitcher of Sangria. The service also was Amazing. Everyone from the moment we stepped in the door was pleasant, warm and attentive. Our waitress was so sweet. My young niece was also happy with everything. We just loved it! Oh wait, one more thing...the warm cinnamon pineapple...Mmmmm! :
