They didn’t answer the phone after I called like 5 times and still no answer

Any times that I've been there, the food just didn't live up to expectations. The pizza is greasy and sauce is too sweet. The burgers are pretty good, but they certainly don't compare to Brenda's Burgers, right next door. Service quality depends on which server/cashier. Some seem rather stiff, while better workers seem to move on to another job rather quickly. I've heard from multiple sources that management is hard on their workers for things that aren't their fault.

First pizza at the new location and just as good as the old location. service is great as always. can wait to see everything done on the inside.

I eat out a lot but I’m also a pretty picky eater and I go to bow’s A LOT the food is great and I love the staff everyone knows who I am and what I like this place to me is awesome!!!!!
