They cancelled my reservation for 4 people at 5:00 saying I didn’t show up. They canceled it around 4:45. I was told that the previous hostess looked at it wrong and cancelled it because she thought our reservation was at 4. Because of the error, I couldn’t use my dining certificate and I didn’t get credit for the reservation. It was pretty disappointing. No one apologized and just shrugged their shoulders about it.... Sixteen beers on draft ! We stopped in for a few cold ones before dinner.
I finally tried out Saddle Ranch after a year and was disappointed to see that it has changed.
Dangit Two Brothers, pay your electric bill! The power went out! But let's be real, this place has a great vibe.
The service was subpar, as we felt like we were inconveniencing the server.
The brunch was delicious and the service was perfect. We recommend.
