Theron and the owner (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) were awesome! The owner guided me to his door because I got lost and they gave me the red carpet treatment from there!! I felt welcomed and I learned about several different types of grapes, locations of wineries here in AZ and Theron gave me a crash course in how to pair specific wines with certain types of meals. First time wine tasting in Scottsdale. Enjoyed it and the server was great. Only issue was it was a slight walking distance from Old Town.

Having a wine flight is always an experience. I usually pick wines I am curious about but haven't tried yet. This time, I allowed myself to be surprised. Started with Sauvage. Rose meets champagne. Picture someone saying Yes b!tch!!! I'm snapping my fingers and savoring every bit. Two other wines in between were good but Mark saved the best for last. I simply want to hug and kiss Brooke (creator of The Risk). This Syrah is easily the best red I've ever had and she is my new shero. It's a beautiful example of how something organic can turn into some orgasmic.  The legs on this wine is long, the aroma is strong and the taste is out of this world! It was 100% syrah, is unique in and of itself but topped with the the overall experience and the bottling, makes Brooke is one to watch. If you ever get a chance to experience this gem, please make it happen.  Also support The Wine Collective. Mark makes a wonderful cheese board, is super fun, and was a great guide into all things Arizona . So happy I ended up here. If you go, you won't be disappointed either

Proprietor was very knowledgeable very personable, and made the experience so enjoyable. Loving Az wines and being Club members of several, her suggesting other wines that would compliment what I enjoyed was so beneficial to the experience.
