What User doesn't like about Starbucks (e Mcdowell Rd):
Ordered an iced Americano, saw batista pour some coffee from a pitcher into cup. I always order iced Americanos, have never once seen anyone pour it from a pitcher. I asked him is this iced coffee? , and he just lied to my face as if I didn 't just see him do it and said no, it 's an Americano . If you 're too lazy to make the shots, then charge me for an iced coffee View all feedback.
