Smashburger - Scottsdale

This position was not clean and welcoming. the personal also lacks a clean and welcoming feeling. the burgers looked like a little child who was in the dresses of their parents with a huge hate and hardly hit or a topping on the inside was throttled. when we ordered one of the burgers a double, they only came out with a single. but they said they could fix it and cook us another plump and bring it out. Overall, however, I was very disappointed by this location and will not be back!

Food is good but the restaurant is gross. First 2 things I noticed was the smell of the whole place The floor feels like it was mopped with a mop that had grease in it. And you can see your foot prints because of it as well. The trash by the soda machine smelled terrible and there's is trash all over the ground. The little short haired chick doesn't not have a good attitude she walked up to take my order with her eyes squinted and said what do you want. I order the double smash meal and she forgot to give me my cup. When I walked back up she looked at me with attitude and smiled. I had to ask her for my cup twice before she even acknowledged me

Service is always terrible here, takes forever and today we were told they were too backed up to take new orders...they turned away customers...what?

This store is the slowest and worst customer service. I watched what appeared to be the manager turn people away saying he was in a, wait mode . The restaurant was empty smh. The guy in the kitchen had a head full of hair and it was all unruly over his head as he was over the food eeew. As people would walk up he would say it would be a 10 minute wait. The girl who took our order took 15 mins to take our order, as if she was incompetent. To top it off the fries were cold smh. This place is horrible. I won 't be back.

After a bad experience at the Denver airport location, we were incentivized to try Smashburger once again. Very glad we did! The restaurant is clean, organized and the server/cashier could not have been friendlier. We wanted vegan options and he tailored our choices to make sure they were vegan (Dairy free shake with whipped cream held, no cheese on a burger than normally comes with it, etc . Thanks for changing our minds about this chain. We normally do not frequent chains but when you are in an airport, your selections are limited :
