This was an experience beyond dinner. The food prepared by Chef Shinji Kurita and his assistant was exquisite with a personal dining experience narrated and explained by Derek who was amazing and provided insight into Japanese cuisine and methods of the Chef. The nigiri was my favorite part, but all of the courses were amazing. I have not in the past been a big sake guy, but I also had the most amazing sake that really opened my eyes to what a good sake is. I highly recommend this intimate setting for dinner.

I don't even know where to start. This was the single best dining experience I've ever had. Chef Shinji and his team really go out of their way to give you the most exclusive and amazing experience. Everything is fresh and delicious, and watching the chef work just mere feet in front of you is like watching an artist create a masterpiece. I can't say enough good things about Shinbay, it's an experience that is a must for sushi lovers. You can really tell how much love, hard work , and passion goes into creating an amazing experience for all their guests. 5 stars isnt enough!
