This dining experience is over-the-top amazing. Watching Chef Shinbi prepare each course and then to taste the culinary delight is worth every penny. Absolutely wonderful!

We have been to the Japanese restaurant offering Omakase in different major cities, this is one of the best ! Chef Shinji is a great cook, he gets the best, rare fish from all over the world! The service is impactful, it’s a great dining experience! Highly recommended!!

This was the best sushi experience I’ve ever had. My friend enjoyed their birthday celebration and mentioned several times throughout the meal that many of the bites took them on a journey. From the moment we walked in we were immersed and transfixed by the atmosphere and attention to detail. The pictures we took did not do justice to the overall experience that we talked about well into the evening. We look forward to another visit and journey of the senses. We are fortunate to have such an amazing experience available here in the desert. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

I don’t even know where to start. This was the single best dining experience I’ve ever had. Chef Shinji and his team really go out of their way to give you the most exclusive and amazing experience. Everything is fresh and delicious, and watching the chef work just mere feet in front of you is like watching an artist create a masterpiece. I can’t say enough good things about Shinbay, it’s an experience that is a must for sushi lovers. You can really tell how much love, hard work , and passion goes into creating an amazing experience for all their guests. 5 stars isnt enough!
