Great sound system and the picture quality was very good. They serve food and drinks, which got thumbs up from both of my highly critical boys (ages 19 and 22). But the extremely comfortable, powered, electric reclining seats sealed the deal. Everyone left the theater smiling and satisfied. They definitely earned a return visit. Check it out! What Steven Russo doesn't like about Roadhouse Cinemas:
Been coming here for years. Loved this place, key word LOVED. Took the family to see Sound of Freedom and they had “AC failures” just in our theater. They didn’t come in and apologized or say anything. Everyone stayed the entire movie. So proud of them. But this place just lost my business, we go to the movies 8-10 times a year. But they will never see our money again! Manager should of came in and said sorry. View all feedback.
On Friday night there was an amazing singer playing her guitar with vocals of an angel. We really enjoyed our wait time in the restaurant bar area. There's many options to choose from and it's nothing like the traditional movie theatres. The seats are extremely comfortable and reclines to perfection. I truly enjoyed my experience here and will be back as often as I can.
I adore this old theater. I’ve been back several times because I enjoy the seating sizes, the popcorn selection, and the fact that some auditoriums you can’t see the other guests. It’s peaceful. But I have only had one experience that was not up to par. There was a long forming to order food, but nobody stopped to tell that line that after a certain hour you must order from your seats. The line just kept growing until I finally asked why nobody was helping them out. A sign would alleviate this explanation for all parties. Loved The Barbie Movie! Last one seen here.
I'm a huge fan of the Southwest fries and really love the small screening rooms. We arrived tonight for a showing of Barbie that we had purchased tickets for a few days in advance. Our email confirmation said the screening was taking place in Auditorium 13. We walked back and forth twice the full length of the theater looking for Auditorium 13 and eventually realized that the theaters are numbered 1-11 and the screening rooms are numbered A, B, and C. No Auditorium appears to be numbered 13, and these screening room entrances are tucked away and not visible unless you stand at the very end of the hall. No staff stopped to help, although many passed us in the hallways.Once we found our screening room, we saw that there was a sign affixed to the door explaining that our 8:15 PM showing had been unexpectedly canceled. Sure enough, I checked my email and saw that I'd received an email at 7:15 PM notifying me of the cancellation. We walked back to the lobby and we given a refund as all other screening room showings that night were sold out.We asked whether we could stay to eat, which we'd never done before, and the manager explained we could sit and a waiter or the bartender would attend to us. We sat roughly 10 minutes in plain sight and no waiter approached our table, despite numerous members of staff surrounding us in the lobby including one that was seated directly behind us at a table and another who was seated in front of us.I eventually approached the bar and stood there, waiting for the bartender to finish her conversation with another patron seated at the bar. She never did and she did not acknowledge me. Confused and perturbed, I looked towards the concession counter and saw roughly six employees working, standing, and chatting. None asked whether I needed assistance. I approached them and asked who I needed to talk to in order to get our order taken. None of them looked at or answered me directly. One gestured vaguely to the bar and indicated that the bartender there would help. I returned to the stop where I'd been standing. A second bartender reentered the bar area and I stopped him to ask whether I could get some assistance. He seemed a little miffed but eventually did show up at our table after a few minutes or so and was much friendlier after taking our order. All in all, I continue to be a big fan of the Roadhouse and prefer it to major chains, but felt like it was necessary to force the employees to take our order and I don't believe we would have been served tonight if we hadn't insisted. I think given that there were obviously 10 to 12 members of staff surrounding me in the lobby tonight (although I understand many are filling dining orders, many were not), this should not be such a frustrating experience.

So much fun! Great staff and great happy hour. The screening rooms are so intimate and service throughout the movie is priceless. Will be back for sure ?
