I had a Caesar Kale salad with chicken. The chicken was over cooked and dry. We sat inside because it was chilly outside but the bartender opened the whole front of the building so it was quite chilly inside. View all feedback.
What Maxine Purdy doesn't like about RnR:
Waiter was not on her game. We asked about happy hour and she said it was over, yet when we received our bill, one drink was price while the other was double priced. She messed up the drink orders the first go around, brought water instead of the alcohol requested mixed in water. I ordered a burger, specifically stated NO spreads, no mayo, no Mustard on it. We had an 8:15 reservation and we were seating promptly. It was so loud that the six of us couldn’t even have a conversation. We got out drinks, but at 9:15 we still had no food. We had to ask the waitress where our food was. She went to check and then said the kitchen was backed up. She brought fries to make up for the delay. Our food finally arrived at 9:30 and the restaurant was mostly deserted. All she said was there were a lot of angry customers that night. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. We won’t go back.
I made a reservation, only to find out when I arrived at the restaurant for dinner they were closed. I should have been notified by the restaurant or Open Table about this
First of all, our server didn’t feel like helping us much. I felt like anytime she had to come to the table so was annoyed and not very friendly. If we were a burden… The music was really loud and I felt like I had to yell so the other people could hear what I was saying, and most of the time even yelling they couldn’t hear. The best food there was the Buffalo cauliflower.
Ordered our first round of drinks and didn’t get them for a whole hour, they were beers… very simple task. Poor service and no apology from any of our 3 different servers who kept struggling to identify whose table we even belonged to. Server 1 got mad and walked away from us while we were trying to order (mid sentence). Server 2 said “I didn’t even know you were my table so I just didn’t come over here” (laughing about it). And server 3 got the beers to us immediately. It’s so funny how they would avoid our table like the plague after messing up so badly but a simple apology and correction of the mistake would’ve sufficed. Think RnR staffing needs an overhaul
