It took nearly 8 minutes for someone to approach our table and there was no introduction, just a quick question about our readiness to order. We requested the bottomless option without orange juice due to a dietary issue, which seemed to irritate our server but she eventually complied. The refills for the bottomless drinks were infrequent, with only two refills before a carafe was left on our table. The food took a long time to arrive, with drinks that were not part of the bottomless deal taking just as long. The quality of the food was average, similar to what you might expect from a cafeteria. There was a shortage of silverware at our table for about 10 minutes before we were able to flag someone down to rectify the issue. As industry professionals ourselves, we were disappointed by the lack of effort from our server, leading us to decide against leaving a 20% tip. To our surprise, there was an automatic gratuity added to the bill, which our server failed to inform us about when presenting it. We paid our bill and left, but this experience has left us with no desire to return to this establishment as a group of six.

They had the patio open but without ceiling fans helping move the air, eating there was so uncomfortable. Service was a little slow too. Probably understaffed? Prob a nice spot during winter time.

It was incredibly hard to hear even the waitstaff and the server we had seemed to not have the time of day for us. I eat vegan so I planned on getting steak tacos but replacing the steak for breakfast potatoes in order to have a single option on the menu and I was told by the server that she can’t do anything like that and the chefs would not accommodate any menu changes. So I ate nothing as she was also not willing to try and make something work. I am incredibly disappointed in our dining here and would not recommend it for anyone unless they want to eat with a headache, poor service, and limited food options!!
