Riot House - Scottsdale

Went to riot house last night to for a bachelor and bachelorette party with a group of 10. The vibe certainly was was fun and had no issues whatsoever with our group at the table. The reason why I gave this place a low review was because we were kicked off our table for simply ?not spending enough money?. What do I mean by that? Well they kicked us out for a bogus reason about me being too drunk but I knew right away what the ?main? reason was. Another group immediately took the table after we left which I knew right then and there what was up. That group probably put more money up front for a table and/or they decided we weren?t spending enough money so we got the boot.

The bar is AMAZING music is ON POINT but the second my girl and I weren?t to use the bathroom, the attendant banged on the door to hurry us up twice. I would understand a drunk person desperately needing to pee, but an employee banged so hard she opened the door WHILE my friend was peeing. Thankfully I was in the stall to quickly close the door so no harm came to her. It?s not safe for women to pee in alone or be in alone BE CAREFUL!!! Stay alert!!

We had a fantastic time here. We went specifically to dance and we had a great time. I don't see it as a restaurant so people complaining about that are probably expecting too much. Haha. Side note: I think this place is owned by the same team as El Hefe, which was an absolutely horrible experience for us. Not sure where the disconnect is but Riot House has way better staff, way better music, and way better crowd.

The worst rip off of my life. Went for a bachelorette party and was told 3 different prices for the ?minimum? then they asked if the bride would like to ride in the little car- of course she did. When they brought her to the table, they dropped off 3 bottles of champagne (never once asking if we wanted it) then we ordered 2 bottles and spend 3 hours there. The total came to $7000. Yes $7000!!! Do not waste your money here!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Found out that they are supposed to get 25% gratuity for large parties and secretly charged our party 40%, yes 40% and told us it was their tip . Update: Been working with Corporate (Kevin) and two managers from the club (Brad and Paul) for about 2 months on getting a refund for the items we did not order. They have all 3 stopped responding to my emails now. None of them will give me the name of their managers either! So incredibly frustrating.

We went to riot house last night. When we got there they had the game on which was nice with music in the background. Since it was earlier in the night it was not very busy. The reason I give this place 2 stars is because the drinks were good and it?s a fun vibe. We ordered the elote, which was cut up and supposed to be served with chips but no one ever brought us chips, and it seemed impossible to get the attention of anyone. They were not ever busy, so I?m not sure what happened there. Possibly just not a place to go for food. We planned to order much more but just gave up. Eventually we flagged down our server for our check. We paid and went somewhere else to get food. Since we liked the vibe and the drinks we decided to come back about an hour later. Although this time we were no longer allowed back in because my husbands pants didn?t have ?belt loops? which was odd for us especially since we were just there not too long before. So we left and went to bottled blonde and spent our money there. Wanted to like this place, it?s a cool vibe. That will be the last time for us.
