From the first encounter with Lee (a manager, greeting us when we arrived) to the outstanding service to the consistently delicious meal it was an excellent experience. We were with an elderly family member who benefited from the extra care provided. Lee oversees the team, a team who has a finer level of understanding how to make a guest feel valued. Thank you to this team who welcomed us on Easter. View all feedback.

I came early in hoping for some pretty after I had a very busy day and just wanted to relax, but I sat next to bday and a screaming child. not ideal. my server cheryl was amazing! baked kartoffel with lobster topping was so salty, I couldn't eat it. fatuccine with garnels was superbland, no taste. We made a reservation thru Open Table for priority seating . When we arrived at Red Lobster, we were advised that they do not take reservations even though we showed them the Open Table confirmation....ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Warning: Red Lobster does not take reservations nor do they honor Open Table priority seating !
We have always enjoyed our meal at Red Lobster, however this time we were a bit disappointed. The service was excellent, but the meal itself was only okay.
Mike always loves the Admiral’s Feast. I tried the flounder with lobster and Langostino topping, and it was delicious! Wish there were more choices for sides, though.
Red Lobster does not offer reservations. Priority seating is offered. In my opinion I THINK when you arrive they put you on the top of the waiting list. We still had to wait about 10 minutes, past our Priority seating time, but it worth the wait.
Hair found in food, dirty silverware, items ordered forgot. Tasteless lobster/pasta dish.
