Proof - Scottsdale

My friend and I ate at Proof twice in our stay at Four Seasons Scottsdale in Troon North. Both times the food was excellent! Bretzel knots and milkshakes were recommended by the reception and certainly not disappointed! At dinner I ordered the NY stripe that was smoked and finished with flames. The Morrel cream sauce was a great companion. I picked up the heirs because I'm an immature adult. My guy is a chicken and waffle candidate and he said they were definitely one of the best he had. The duck-conflict truffle frits were cumbersome and we filled it with the milkshake of the devil. Breakfast the next morning was Cowboy Benedict and huevos rancheros. Both were great. The food and the atmosphere were great, but what most emphasizes like all other Four Seasons is the service. Giovanni was our server for dinner and I can't say enough good things about him. He made great recommendations, was amazingly attentive not only to us, but every table he served. He made a fabulous meal even better. Of course, Proof is on the agenda next time in Scottsdale.

The staff made our jubilee dinner a very special experience that we had on the terrace the perfect table to watch the sunset and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back for regular date nights, happy hours and girls nights. Thank you.

A great place for your morning breakfast with some promising gluten-free options. Excellent casual dinner. Chicken n waffles were delicious, like the shrimp n grits.

Proof is one of our favorite places to go! Food is great! We love the beautiful view from the terrace! Jared Blackstone is such an amazing and extremely talented entertainer! Always a great time!

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! Well worth the drive from the East Valley. This is DEFINITELY one of our new hangouts!
