For breakfast the following day, I chose the Cowboy Benedict and huevos rancheros, both of which were excellent. The food and ambiance were wonderful, but what truly stood out, as with all Four Seasons properties, was the service. Giovanni was our server for dinner, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Another fabulous meal at Proof, and as always, exceptional service. Brussel sprout side is such a treat, lobster roll and the Smores dessert (available gluten free) all so delicious.

Good dinner but I wouldn't have called it a Valentine experience because you got a rose and couple of chocolates. Menu was basically the run of the mill for Proof. Service was good
We had a great evening at Proof with friends last night. Though Very crowded, the staff kept up a quick pace with good service, attention and continuous smiles. The new menu has some good items and we never pass up the pretzel knots. Though there was a big crowd, the acoustics are just right so that we could hear ourselves and enjoy good conversation with the good meals. Thank you hostesses, servers, kitchen and clean up staff!
Happily surprised by our recent experiences at Proof. It is an upscale hotel dining option and we expected the higher prices, but the choices, quality and service, as well as the great view, made a very pleasant evening. Very family friendly. Very good Old Fashioneds!
