For appetizers, there are several different flavors of hummus, veggies dolmas, spanakopita (vegetarian, but not vegan due to the feta cheese,) vegetables and dip, veggie platter, baba ghanoush, etc. if they enjoy pitas, they have a veggie pita (with the taziki sauce make it grill, there are also some (7! veg*n salat (if they are vegan, just forget about all the cheese and the taziki sauce forgot; it contains milk products.) for greater appetite they have plated. Veg*ns can choose from a Falafel plate or Dolma plate. both come with their choice of two sides. falafel platter: my falafel plate came with 6 perfectly spiced and cooked falafel balls, which looked like a red and white wobbles mix, a whole piece falafel brot, and it usually comes with taziki sauce, but he allowed me to replace a small cup hummus (which was perfect). for my 2 pages I have rice and a Greek salad without cheese. their rice is not produced with animal broths or animal by-products, so it is completely vegan-friendly. it was very good and the part was very generous. with the salat. no okie-doke, baby stewie portion here. it was a full container (I had an executive order) of luscious greenery. dipitizer: this is for my double dipper! they climb their pitas into the air! then you'll be so upset. oh yes! they can different hummus flavors plus a third dipping dish that allowed the menu as taziki, but again, the worker (owner? was so nice and accommodating that he allowed me for baba ghanoush (which is vegan.) 1-JALAPEÑO hummus: delicious and it had a spicy kick to him (in contrast to some perfect ones! 2 red pepper hummus: jummy! 3 hummus: the original hummus taste, but there is nothing common about it. it is very fresh and each ingredient is clearly present. simply the best hummus I had in the Phoenix area. 4 baba ghanoush: it is a pure aubergine plate, so it is good to dive. the taste was amazing! the aubergine tasted as if it was fresh from the grill and in the mixer. some of the best baba ghanoush I've ever had. (even if they don't normally like aubergin as I suggest trying it not to offer tahini sauce as a side option, nor did they fret. no matter, I still love this place. excellent eating, excellent customer service. fyi gluten-free Pita options available.
My dining experience at Pita Cafe last week was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the new menu, which featured a variety of vegetarian options for both lunch and dinner, while still offering classic dishes like hummus. The service was attentive and quickly catered to our needs.
The restaurant offers a variety of appetizers to start off your meal, including different flavors of hummus, Veggies Dolmas, Spanakopita, Veggie platter, Baba Ghanoush, and more. They also have a selection of pita options, such as Veggie Pita, Grilled Veggie Pita, and Falafel Pita. Additionally, there are several veg*n salad options available, with the option to omit cheeses and taziki sauce for vegan diets. For larger appetites, there are platters to choose from, such as the Falafel platter or Dolma platter. The Falafel platter comes with perfectly seasoned falafel balls, rice, and a Greek salad without cheese. The rice is vegan-friendly and made without animal products. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is delicious. The Dipitizer includes a variety of hummus flavors and a third dipping dish, with the option to substitute for Baba Ghanoush. The restaurant also offers gluten-free pita options. Overall, the food is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended.
