The staff was VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The prices were very reasonable for the outstanding teas and coffees being offered. Also, they made the special Green Tea blend sold at Fox Restaurants (e.g., True Food Kitchen, Olive u0026 Ivy, etc. which is the best tasting green tea in my opinion. What Max Cramer doesn't like about Passport Coffee & Tea:
I have been a customer of Passport Coffee for years and now the wholesale girl says that I can’t call in anymore with a coffee order. I think it’s is wrong! Some people don’t have a computer, young people don’t understand this and they think we ALL have a computer! If, I can’t call in my order, I will buy coffee some place else! Purchased some tea a few years back. Quality is great and and so are their products. A little far for me to drive as I'm 20 miles away but when I'm in the area I stop by and stock up.
What great customer support. A simple problem solved so nicely, I appreciated your care. Should I also mention your coffee and teas are terrific. I often order your ice tea blends, Orange Dream Decaf is my favorite. I 'm really a coffee drinker, though and I bounce around many of your wonderful blends. Oh, if you have a question, call them, they 're always so happy to help.
