Very nice sitting outside with heaters. Food is very tasty but prices are now sky high. Very expensive for what you get.

What a fabulous place to dunge! eat extraordinary, great waiting staff and perfect environment. crates is a great waitress....so attentive and helpful w/ suggestions....thanks to our birthday party so much fun!

Our server, Sam was very good and attentive. Unfortunately, the fried artichokes under small plates was gruesome..mushy, tasteless and hidden in arugula. Definitely not worth the price. Dates with bacon and sausage, Good although a little chintzy on the bacon, not even fully wrapped. Beet salad again heavy on the arugula the beets over-cooked colorless.

The menu is kind of strange, unusual combinations, almost everything has some kind of meat in it, even the fish and pasta. Ordered a ceasar salad which was a bowl of romaine and croutons with almost no dressing. The brussels sprouts were better. I had the short rib. It came on a bland mound of mashed potatoes. No special flavor to the meat. The vegetables were black, including the carrots. I left most of it. The waiter was pleasant but seemed more interested in the other diners than in us. Relatively long waits until he remembered to stop by our table. Its a pretty place but honestly i dont know why it receives the great reviews. Very mediocre in my view.
