Honestly not worth your time. When the server finally graced us with her presence she had no idea what was on the menu or any of the answers to our questions. 0 stars if I could Worked here the kitchen staff were doofs, management were pricks that didn't pay me, and the hours were garbo. The only good thing about this place were how nice the waitresses were to me. Aside from them, this place and everyone can go to hell
I visited this establishment on my vacation. we reserved V.I.P online. Upon arrival we were basically seated in a poorly built table that was listed as $250 for bottle service outside with no flowing air. The manager stated that the fan was not up and running and they were out of supplies to have the equipment run efficiently. They stated that they were out of ice as well to chill our drinks. Mind you the first batch of ice was tainted with flies. As this was the only area available we decided to continue our day there during the “so call day party” in 117 degree weather in the 5pm Arizona sun. This is when the nightmare of poor customer service began. I ordered a catfish fillet dinner for approximately $18.00. The waiter stated that fish was a full cat fish fillet. When the food arrived it presented with a quarter cut cat fish overly cooked. Let’s not forget this was fish was swag. was told the waiter to take it away and I was no longer interested in the meal. She stated that I would still need to pay and encouraged me to take the meal. The owner returned with the meal and insisted I take the meal and pay for it. This lead to a back and forth battle with the owner insisting I take the meal. FYI, I didn’t. In addition, my cousin ordered sliders appetizer which came burnt and dry as hell with no condiments. The waiter stated that the condiments were locked up and they locate the key.The customer service was poor and disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment anyone. Please keep your money and dignity. I’d rather do a day party in the parking-lot of McDonald’s or Walmart then return to this hot-mess of a establishment. #rip-off #fake -VIP

After 1 round of drinks and no communication with our server, she brought us our check and forced us out when we were prepared to stay for the rest of the night.
Planned on getting ready for a good night out with a few drinks and food, but after getting served 1 beer And sitting over 30 min trying to put a food order in and get a 2nd drink I decided it was time to go.. Tried to get the bill the first time, was told it was about to get more live and I should stay a bit longer, instead of telling the bartender her service sucked I told her again I need the bill and she asks do I want to put a food order in I swear she was a robot .. Overall I sat in here for about 45 min and was served 1 drink and never got to put a food order in.. Moral of the story unless you like slow service combined with a sausage fest of fake ballers, STAY AWAY ..
This place has so much potential, but as it stands, the service from all staff was definitely on the low end. Had to ask waitress multiple time for orders already put in, as if she forgot we were even there or an inconvenience to what she had going on. Didn’t have the correct glasses for any of the drinks, and the glasses/utensils were dirty/filthy even with covid going on, you would think that would be unacceptable. It also seemed the waitress staff and the bartender staff had a huge miscommunication problem, because we had to order several different options due to them not having the ingredients for the drinks. Last but not least, the food options could be a lot better, and as for the taste, the best things were the fries and that isn’t saying much. Hopefully while we are still somewhat under quarantine, they can get their act together.
