Contribute FeedbackMorton's restaurant received mixed reviews from patrons. While some enjoyed excellent service and delicious food, others experienced disappointing meals and lackluster service. Issues ranged from burnt food and undercooked steaks to slow service and intrusive waitstaff. However, the overall consensus seemed to be that Morton's still provided a nice dining experience for special occasions, with some diners praising the steaks as the best they've ever had. Despite some hiccups, many customers appreciated the small touches and attention to detail that Morton's provided to make their visit special.
We came to dinner for our anniversary last minute from start to finish was amazing. Sergio was great and definitely made us feel welcomed. The strawberry Cheesecake was to DIE FOR. The tomahawk dinner for two was the best.
Came here to try a new place for date night. Looked up the reviews before coming and I wish i hadn 't. But it does ring true this place is honestly the Chili 's of steakhouses but it makes me feel bad because I 'd rather take Chilis than this place. Our server was nice but I felt rushed. Ordered two filet Mignon 's and they were severely undercooked (in my opinion. We ordered medium) I sent my back but somehow the middle was still a bit cold. I think my nephew could cook a better steak. Next off the lobster Mac and cheese i was very excited for and it was okay. Tasted and felt super gritty in my mouth almost dry. The Au Gratin Potatoes were very tasty though along with the Lobster Bisque. Oh also the music was so loud and didnt fit the ambiance of this establishment. Overall i just couldn 't wait to get out of that place. Try at your own risk but there are much better places within walking distance.
We had 6 people and were sat at a large round table. When the leafs are out to make the table bigger they sag down. Our drinks were all at an angle threatening to spill every time anyone put any type of weight on the table. We ordered a tomahawk and it was tough and chewy. Overall, for a $700 plus meal we were not happy. Probably won't return to this location.
I am embarrassed to say that this year was my first time ever indulging and I think I've been missing out... this spot is one of the best in the area. Super clean, classy music, good size but not too large like Cheesecake Factory. The food is better than I expected, much better. The Cajun ribeye was very high quality, super tender and flavorful. The potato au gratin was far better than Ruth's Chris as well as the sautéed mushrooms, their loaf of bread with the onions on the outside are a nice touch for a snack. I didn't do a desert this time but Sivan is definitely my go to bartender... I'll be back soon!
Just left Morton's! Hubby and I split a 16oz ribeye, mushrooms, creamed spinach, bernaise sauce. PERFECT!!! Our steak was ordered med rare and it was awesome. Our server, Sivan, right on point, very attentive!!! Definitely coming back!
