Friendly staff loved it if I'm ever back in this area for sure I'll visit them

*After writing this I looked at the other reviews and all of the five star reviews are clearly paid for and are really poorly written* What a big disappointment. I am so confused how this place has 4 stars. It is a cool looking restaurant and the servers were nice and attentive, but that was the most bland Vietnamese food I have ever had. I had the bánh mì and the pork tasted like chewy nothingness. If this is your first time trying Viet food please go to Lee’s Sandwiches for Bánh mì and Phở Thành for phở.

We have eaten here several times. The first time was great. Great food, nice environment, overall good experience. We did love their pho soup and garlic noodles were great. They have a large menu and many things to choose from. Went back several times and each time has gotten progressively worse. The last time we were there, we received two things that were incorrect, some of which were charged at a higher price point. They upcharge for substitutions and don 't tell you. Tonight, the quality of the food was inedible. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and what arrived looked like plastic. It broke in half when we bent it to show the server. Her response to us was, I never order the chicken here because they always overcook it. She did remove it from our bill but still....The last two times (we didn 't pay as much attention the first times), they added a 20% gratuity for a party of 6 when we only had 3 people at our table, and didn 't tell us. She actually denied it when we asked. I was really excited to find this new place but we won 't be coming back anymore. Goodbye Vietnam.

Took out two Vietnamese sandwiches and both were pretty tasty. Very friendly service!
