Let me start off by saying this was the BEST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service, specifically Logan who was our server, was outstanding! Every single thing we ordered tasted fresh, was hot delicious! The creamy chicken pasta, sweet potato fries and salmon are all worth mentioning. We ordered The Matador drinks, recommended by Logan and he did not steer us wrong! Seriously though, the sweet potato... View all feedback.
What Anthony Perez doesn't like about Hand Cut Chophouse:
I brought my parents here from out of town to enjoy some steaks, but unfortunately, the steaks arrived barely warm. By the time we were halfway through our $50 steaks, they were cold. While the quality of the meat and flavor was excellent, the temperature was unacceptable, especially given the price of the meal. The service was mediocre, and my drink was incorrect the first time it was served. I was really looking fo... View all feedback.

We ordered The Matador drinks, recommended by Logan and he did not steer us wrong! Seriously though, the sweet potato fries were delicious. We had a large party of 10 adults and 2 babies, plus we were celebrating a birthday, but everything came out so fast! I was amazed at how quick the kitchen was! The look is very modern, family friendly and plenty of room for large parties. We were recommended to visit this establishment by Kevin B., at Riot Hospitality. We can?t wait to visit again!!
Wonderful atmosphere with fun elements. The food was great. The mashed potatoes were unbelievable. I would highly recommend the wings as well. They have great craft cocktails. Our server, David, was amazing. There was one small issue and he took care of it for us and went above and beyond.
Not worth the trip! I called to ask where they?re located in the shops?very unhelpful, snotty gal! Turns out I was parked a few spaces away?due to the building design it?s hard to see the name on the bldg! Sat at the bar?the young gal working there as well as one of the guys were talking about customers in a derogatory way and smirking! Food is so-so, was looking forward to a good burger as reviews say, greatly disappointed! And check out the photo of the burger-asked for it cut in half-what an odd way to plate it ?? Sweet potato fries were ok and cost more. The Butter Cake was not good and the peaches that come on top were so SALTY ? thankfully they took it off my check! I won?t return though?too snobby of a place for my taste. Read the reviews?many say how poorly the team and managers treated either them or observed (as I did) the team treating others poorly ?? whoever is responding to these reviews really needs to go in and make changes (instead of defending the team)! Not recommended!
Hand Cut Chophouse was not only a beautiful restaurant, but the food was amazing. I got their classic cheese burger and Oh My Word! My mouth is watering from thinking about it. The special sauce, pushed the burger out of this world. I also got three sides; onion rings, regular fries and salt and vinegar fries. Skip the onion rings (soggy and not seasoned) and go for either fry. Yum.
Another new place for us and another great review. The fries were hand cut and really good. We got the salt and vinegar fries and highly recommend them. The spinach and kale salad with grilled chicken included a great variety of toppings including strawberries, grapes and pistachios! Hubby and sister got the chicken blt and report that they were very good also.
