Giuseppe - Scottsdale

We love ristorante giuseppe. it is not a very large place, more a hole in the wall, but you can say that it is in the possession of a small family and was a generational thing. eating is simply fantastic, the sauces are all super tasty in the pastas, whether it is alfredo or lasagne, we were very happy with what we ordered. Note that it is byob for bottled wine, we have at the end to make a quick run into a nearby alcohol shop to grab a bottle, and the other thing to note is that they are only cash, so make sure they have cash before they come here or they may have to make a cash machine or something. but the owner or at least we think that it was the owner was floating around the restaurant and visited with the mozen, sometimes sitting on the table with them to chat for a bit, but not on a strange way, he seems like a very nice person. if they are in the opposite and looking for italian I would definitely come, highly recommended.

This place oozes of authentic Italian charm. Red and white checkered table covers, pictures of famous people on the walls, and Louis Prima playing in the background. I dropped in for lunch on a whim. I ordered their Giuseppe's Sub an an Italian style mixed meat sub. It was very true to an East coast sub with perfect amount of meat cheese, veggies, and dressing. Great bread. Amazing how many places can't get a sub right. This was a sign that must return to try their traditional Old World dishes.

Tips: Bring cash (no credit card accepted) Bring alcohol (if you feel like, as they do not have any) Luch time has excellent prices it has a restroom Amazing! Excellent food quality. The owner is Italian, and the plates are 100% Italian recipes. The staff is amicable, especially Giuseppe. Our best are eggplant, chicken, or pork parmigiana (it comes with the best pasta aside) It is the best Italian food I tasted in Scottsdale!!!! I recommend it!!

5 star customer service and speed. Food came out super fast. The bread and butter was great. We ordered stuffed shells and shrimp pasta with a meatball to try. Was looking forward to trying a new wine or beer but was surprised that they don't have a liqour license. Also I had to walk across the street for cash when they said no cards allowed. Would have been perfect

This place is real Italian. Moderate menu, there's plenty of options but nothing to overwhelm you. Everything is homemade and family recipes. The owner is very welcoming and thankful. He will come and visit your table before and after the meal. There is hardly a wait time. The salad and stuffed shells were amazing. Bring your own wine and have a good time!
