The first minutes of our reservation were amazing, then it just became progressively better. They were ready for us and welcomed us outside to check our vaccination cards what I appreciated. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Our first course was the Lammmanti, which is a lamb tip. Perfectly seasoned, wonderful sauce and pomegranate seeds for texture and sharpness. Then my husband got the rib and I got the braided chicken. The chicken was like nothing I had tasted before. The braise was rich, the saffron was a great companion. I am now looking to create a similar dish for us here at home! My husband said his rib was one of the best he had down his hands. We love this place and recommend it for birthday, anniversary or just to pamper yourself. Enjoy!
The service was as brilliant as the food. The food was full of aromas, colors and textures. We shared 11 different dishes and they were all so good. Great wine pairing with my duck. Perfect social engagement with every serving room.
It's such a great place that makes American farm to table food. Menu often changes what is a big sign. We had the green salad that could be one of the best vegetable dishes I've ever had. The 1/2 chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked. They are well dimensioned, but so good you don't want to stop even if you are full. Deep wine menu, but also a large AZ wine selection did not even know that there was something like that. Also the staff is great, Miles was great and made it all the better. Finished with Butterscotch pudding that was delicious.
Out of this world service and food. Steak cooked perfectly and loaded with flavor, great char on the outside and melts in your mouth. The only restaurant I have been to who actually try and stagger seating and reservations to keep you safe and distanced. A wonderful place and we will be back for sure.
Ever-fresh inventive cuisine with an outstanding wine list where the top 40 is eschewed in favor of lesser known and often local gems. The service is top-notch. Reservations strongly recommended.
