I really like this dunkin, but they've been from BREAD for over a week! Why won't the manager just go over the street to the grocery store and buy a leaf sourdough? Many things rely on this bread. View all feedback.
What Brannon Schulist doesn't like about Dunkin':
Wish I could give it zero stars. I have never ever written a review for somewhere, but honestly this is the worst drive-thru I've ever been to. I wish I read the reviews before I came here, it seems it's been near consistently bad for the past few years. I don't know how they're still open or why the owner hasn't done anything all this time. Dude at the window pretended like he couldn't hear us the whole time we orde... View all feedback.
I don't normally visit this location but was in the area and wanted donuts. I got two chocolate long johns and they were pretty good. I would go here again.

All I can say is wow. These have to be the most unhappy people that work here. I felt like I was inconveniencing the young man that was helping me he did not have a name tag on either. What a very unpleasant transaction. For the amount of money that they are being paid they should at least smile a little. This is one Dunkin' Donuts I will not be returning to. Also overcharged me on my donuts. He also smashed most of my donuts the way he grabbed them and put them in my box I just looked at them now what a disappointment
WOW, I guess this is pretty much the rock bottom of customer service, just what happens when young and poor mannered unprofessional humans are left in charge of operating a Donut shop. I guess they consider Delivery Drivers second class or something, or maybe it's because I am white, I have no idea in this messed up day and age any more. I had problems with this young male employee from the start as they were not able to accommodate my delivery order needs as they are supposed to, half the order items out of stock, correct cups not available, poor packaging, no bags available for large orders...I stopped them after not receiving straws for the order and not sealing all the boxes with sticker tape as they are required to do, all this is unacceptable, BUT THE WORST IS THE MALE EMPLOYEE TRYING TO START A PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION OR FIGHT WITH ME BY SHOVING THE BOXED ORDER INTO MY HANDS FORCEFULLY instead of politely handing them to me and apologizing for everything they were doing wrong. I guess you can never fix STUPID, so after I called him out on trying to assault me and being rude, I asked to see the manager, and a young female came up, told me to lower my voice, I told her what happened...then was told to leave. I told them I would be back with Scottsdale Police Officers to take an incident report soon, which probably was a big surprise to them when I made my report and left the Officers there to finalize the complaint. A safety issue complaint was also filed against this business with my contractor, as well as Dunkin Corporate, who are already dodging the issue, as I figured, as these locations are franchises and they don't want to get involved, I guess they only cate about their products being represented AND DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN A WORKER WITH A DUNKIN NAME BADGE HARASSES AND TRIES TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATE A CUSTOMER IN STORE.
So my friend ordered online and went to pick up coffee and donuts this morning. they were from donuts. a DONUT shop. from donuts. So says the fat, unhygienic burnout behind the counter, hey bruh just comes back when I work the next time and I will give you the donuts for free. you can't do business with the good oole, trust me. he would not refund because it was an online order. I suppose the new TV display should be dunkin donuts. I'll pay you back, trust me.
