Chick-fil-a - Scottsdale

This is by far the worst location of chikfila I have ever been to. Clueless staff who appear to be 16 and younger. Always out of items especially salads and Mac and cheese. Twice they have completely forgotten to give me dressing for my salad. Fries consistently soggy and cold. Not sure what?s going on but needs a corporate intervention asap.

I just ordered two sandwiches and they both are dark brown fried crispy. That?s perfection. I ordered here yesterday and it didn?t look fried at all.. that?s a ?no bueno?. Keep them looking fried and crunchy!

July 23, 2022 I would give a zero if possible. This is the second time this week I have ordered a meal and received my French fry container full Of napkins and only filled up 50% of the way with fries! Horrible! Prices raised and try to fool you by these games and the fries were soggy. This place isn?t worth your time. Poor customer services and when you notify them of their mistakes they try and charge you for the missed items they forgot. 10 Days Later Update- August 2, 2022 After filling out the online complaint forms on the corporate website I received a voucher saying We know we can 't undo what happened, but we 'd love another chance to get it right. Well Chris Gammel (who provided me the voucher) this time your location didn 't shove napkins into the fry box. THEY SHOVED THE SAUCES INSTEAD to make it look fuller. Not only that...the voucher you provided me Chris Gammel was only for a Chicken Sandwich Meal or an 8 piece nuggets. When asking the drive thru employee it was explained that the Grilled Sandwich Meal that I ordered before was $13 and that was more expensive than what Chris Gammel voucher was worth. So I was unable to pay extra for the Grilled Sandwich. At least the drive thru employee was kind. This will be your last chance to get it right for you Chris Gammel. At the very least do the right thing for your customers and fill the boxes of fries up and at the very least give a voucher that is the same price a customer paid for their original meal. Judging by the reviews I am not the first and I will not be the last because Chris Gammel 's customer service is less than mediocre.

I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I typically go to Mayo and have never had any issues. However, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru without moving, and even though the line wasn't long, it seemed like nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I thought at least my meal would be good considering how long I waited, but I was wrong—everything was cold. I received only 2 sauces, even though my order clearly specified 6. My mac and cheese was short by about 25%, and my fries were missing at least 45% of their portion. To top it off, my bun looked like chunks had been taken out of it. What a disappointment and a waste of money. I've learned my lesson to stick to Mayo from now on, no matter what!

The customer service here is laughably bad. It seems to be run by inexperienced staff who lack the necessary skills. I would recommend avoiding this place.
