Our 14th anniversary was an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable (thank you, Lindsey), the food was amazing, and the wine list was outstanding. Overall, it was a high-end experience from start to finish. View all feedback.
What Jovany Turner doesn't like about Bourbon Bones Old Town Scottsdale:
Had an enjoyable dinner last evening. Restaurant was busy and it’s definitely a vibrant atmosphere. Menu was a little busy and definitely not cheap, though I pwould return. View all feedback.
What an amazing place. Only bad side was they sat us next to the door and we had our reservation for over a month. But everything else was great.
The table-side flambé on my filet was worth the extra money- didn’t need any sauce, the steak was THAT good.
We make at least one trip a year to Scottsdale, but every time we do it includes a trip to Bourbon and Bones. Our server Brad is who we always ask for … he’s so good that we have started calling the place “Brad’s” That being said the filet is top notch which we recommend getting flambé style. Everything from the bacon wrapped dates to the hot rock wagu beef appetizer is nothing short of amazing. Desserts? Crème brûlée’s and cheesecake are just perfect. It’s hard to not just the same meal every time but Brad makes great recommendations so help spice things up. Needless to say the smoked old fashioned is probably my favorite drink ever. The hardest part is choosing from their amazing list of bourbons! Thanks to Brad for another amazing trip to Bourbon and Bones!
My husband and I were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary on December 28. We had ordered Owen in ribeye, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and onions. The steak was cooked perfect with medium pink center. We come to this location twice a year and always enjoy our meal.
Birthday dinner for my friends. Server was good, seemed rushed but still a good server. First time at restaurant and wish more of the concept would of been explained. Table side fire of steak was a nice touch but for $19 was just an “unexpected” cost; didn’t mind but would of been better without the “hidden” cost. Food was good; scallop dish lacked. (3) scallops for $59, a random shell stuck to the plate with wasabi with arugula and bacon pieces made no sense, seemed like an after thought; almost like the plate lacked in food so it was added, but not needed and didn’t eat it. Also, and I hate to mention but the scallops were VERY grainy; full of sand and/or not cleaned very well. Again overall was horrible but I would not say the best meal I ever had, and cost was a little high.
