Wonderful experience with the imaginative 5 course menu. There was a creative touch to dishes you may recognize and the foie gras was outstanding. Service was efficient and BYOB meant you could save as much as $200 a bottle by drinking your own wine. View all feedback.
What Valerie D doesn't like about Atlas Bistro:
Food was delicious but the service was horrible. Oscar(part owner) definitely needs to incorporate customer service training into his lifestyle. Not only was he rude but he used profanity to get his point across. I have never felt so humiliated and ashamed by his behavior. Such a nice place however I will not return because of this. Note to those planning on visiting, YOU WILL HAVE A CORKING FEE EVEN WHEN YOU GET WIN... View all feedback.
Our friends highly rated this restaurant, and we finally met them there. We shouldn't have waited so long to meet there! It was excellent. Small about 10 tables) and intimate. Very personable service servers work as a team, though we had Robyn often she was great). Set menu 7 courses, I think and like $95). Every course well explained. Never felt rushed. A person in our party had autoimmune issues, so couldn't eat several types of food. According to her, the selections they created in place of what we had were great. It is BYOB $25 per bottle corkage fee, which I do think is high). They do have a wine store that connects and has a great selection of wine and beer including chilled) Todd was super knowledgeable about the wines. We got there early and had a glass of wine. Wonderful dining experience...we'll be back.
My husband took me here for my birthday and everything was perfect; from the amazing service to every single dish, the wine selections/recommendations and attention to detail. Very happy with this place. 10/10 Went back a second time 5 months after the first visit. Again, it was all perfect. The food was delicious and so was the wines. 10/10 it is my favorite restaurant for sure!
Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. I?m in love with the local farm fresh ingredients, as well as the tiny number of tables for guests, creating an intimate atmosphere. It?s a restaurant for people who LOVE food, who want to appreciate the artisan from the grower, to the chef. Impressive and thoughtful plates. I?m glad my partner I, decided to stimulate our local economy, and re enter life after quarantine at Atlas Bistro. I?ll be back again- again

I have been to Atlas twice now. Both experience were great. The food is always well thought out, creative, and delicious. One of the best tasting menus in the Phoenix metro area. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice restaurant.
