I was here several times and every time I was there your worker I think his name was Chris screamed to the other employees and always seems to be on his phone while the others work. I love your food and I like to come, but it's to the point where I'm going to another place because this type of treatment is disappointing to see. I have seen such things at a number of restaurants and fast food sites and seeing his honestly sad. I hope that this will be resolved because they have been nothing but good customer service to women I have seen. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered in advance about her website that said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up in 15 minutes and it wasn't ready, despite not one person in the restaurant. Then they tell me they have no rice and cannot make my order (minor detail for Poki) I asked her for a refund and the lady there worked incredibly rude and condescending. She said she can't give me a refund because I have ordered online and must go through the confirmation email there is the possibility to get a refund. There was, of course, nothing about the email, so I called the third party (Toasttab). They explained they can't do anything and AhiPoki has to refund me. So I called the lady back and she was even rougher than before and said I had to come back another day and find out. I asked to talk to her manager and she said they had no managers and they didn't tell anyone (impossible). I asked her for the owner phone number and she didn't. I asked them to give them my phone number and they called me when they couldn't give it out and they refused, but agreed to leave them a note with my phone number as they come every other week. I feel robbed of this company and will deny my credit card and report to better business office. I can't believe I have no excuse and absolutely no help. If that's how they treat customers, I can't imagine how they treat your food.
Your business hours are just a proposal. Listed around 11a-8p, good luck in the mentioned hours and the business opened. On Sunday I went at noon and the doors were closed and no one was inside. I understand that I'm a short servant, but at least one kind of sign has been put in the door, and you're saying that? Operation under reduced hours.
