Wendy's - Feedback

What Thomas S likes about Wendy's:
This review is strictly a FROSTY oriented review. Had to try the peppermint frosty and we weren't disappointed, but I will recommend mixing 50/50 peppermint with chocolate. The peppermint gets a little too overwhelming on its own.Service was quick and the dining room was clean. I wish they'd light the fireplace this time of year and it would be good if they stopped running out of mix for their soda dispenser. View all feedback. Employees are so untrained and can not use the rewards app. I tried explain things to employees but they do not know the system enough to run the cash register today. My kids had do without food because employees could not use the cash register with the app. I would recommend a different location other than Scottsboro AL.
