Little Caesars Pizza - Scottsboro

They jump me they don't take my order in the drive-through remind me to go inside and happens the same

Seems oven is too hot or food is being cooked too long. Pizza and cheese puffs were burnt.

I have been there 3 times and ordered ahead and had to wait for pizzs when i got therr after work the lady always asked me can i see some id to prove your autumn im like i dont have to do that when im right here and yall never give me a recipt yall need to do better

So I Order some food from this place, and waited until the order said ready to pick up, when me and my husband went to pick up the food the young man in tights told my husband that it would be 30 mins to go park? So we patiently waiting and saw so many cars drive away it's now been about an hour and my 5yr getting hungry and so my husband went inside and the young guy got an attitude with him!?come to find out our food has been ready!? That young boy needs to learn how to talk to the customers ,he has mark it as ready and told us to go park! never said come inside or anything,now the manager was nice , I like her, but he shouldn't be around people and to make matters worse our food was cold in the middle, my only complaint is that boy who was in the wrong , thank you manager for the understanding and respect but I probably won't go back especially if he's the one taking orders

I called and placed an order for 6 pepperoni 6cheese and 2 sausage for a birthday party told them I would be there at 12 on Sunday to pick up. Before I left I called to make sure the order was ready and they said they had no orders showing in the screen of that. I told them I called and place the order since it was a big party order they couldn’t find anything that said they had my order… they told me I would have to place an order and it could be ready in 45 min. We ended up getting the pizzas the time the party started but over alll the pizzas was not as fresh and we hoped the crust was hard and you could tell they were just thrown together!!! Needless to say I wouldn’t order a big party order from here!!!!!!
