Prime Cut Meat Market A - Scottsbluff

This place has been pretty much the same since I was a kid. Which is nice in some ways. Food is almost always great. Options are pretty standard. Home cut fries are awesome. Also Country Fried Steak is huge! Usually plenty of seating. Service is a bit different as you use a tray and get drinks at the start of the line. Then pick up your food from the heat lamps when they call your number. There is a back fine dining area for larger parties or events. Also you can get an ice cream cone from a self service machine which costs one quarter per cone. Though they only have vanilla now. Parking is decent but can fill up quickly.

My steak was so tough I could not eat it! Baked potato was good. Don't think I will go back.

Walked in and it smelled so good. Took 30 minutes to make salads. Then I look up and one guy is rubbing his nose while working with the food. Then they girls were fixing their hair. No one seemed to care that they were all being very unsanitary. Salad was not great. Bite size pieces would be great. Had to cut it. And the salad was so drowning in water. Garlic toast was cold and dry. They had time to go out to a table and talk to their friend but never mentioned our salads. If I worked for the health dept, I would have shut them them down.

I love this restaurant. Amazing food, great staff, huge portions and very clean!! My favourite place to eat in Scottsbluff!!!

I went in and saw the place was busy. Good sign for a long existing restaurant. The person who took my order was nice and led a great conversation and made some good recommendations. I found a place, my number was called and my food got. Portion was huge. I have a steak and shrimp flour with a loaded baked potato. My wife had a chicken fried steak with a baked potato. Steak was thin as it came with shrimps. Cooks perfectly med rare. If you want a bigger steak, do not order with the shrimps. Chickens fried was fresh and hand pounded. Price was a bit much, but it was for a dinner for two. I'm giving a 4 star just because of the decoration. A little outdated. Booths are also small. Will eat again.
