I ordered a Maui mama with mangos. They didn't call my name or order and I waited for 20mins until I went up there myself. They made my drink a size smaller. I went back and they asked for it back and proceeded to throw the drink away. Then they remade my drink but forgot to add the mangos. The staff were all rushing and it felt really chaotic. The staff here keeps setting the bar so high for the level of service they provide! Friendly, fast and they care enough to remember your name.
Just came in for a smoothie for my 4 year old who had a tonsillectomy yesterday and asking for recommendations. I was helped by Joe and he is the best! He about knew about no seeds, no citrus/acidity, extra blended so he doesn't have to suck through a straw, and hiding kale and a vitamin boost (that kiddo would never taste) for extra nutrients. Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind. Joe is a pro!
